At Stav Luxury Jewelry, we strive for complete satisfaction with every exquisite piece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your jewelry within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

  Place the jewelry in its original luxury velvet box and secure it within a protective shipping carton along with all original certification documents.

  Ship the package back to our studio using a trackable, insured courier service to ensure the safe arrival of your high-value items.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
